2010s at Ballywalter Tournament

Congratulations to the 2010’s who came runners up in the Ballywater 2010’s tournament on Sunday 7th May.

The boys played some stunning football under the Baking hot sunshine and are a credit to their club and families.

They were drew in Group A and had 6 group matches, winning 5 and drawing 1 to top their group and proceeding to the 1st place final against the winners from Group B.

During the matches the boys really turned on the style with some great, passing, defending, shooting and shot stopping. Every player played for the team. The final was a hard fought game against a great Carrick team and despite gallant efforts from all, Carrick came out as eventually winners.

The boys were disappointed but understand that we are improving weekly and our day will come. The squad was James, Alfie, Zak, Rowan, Ronan & Ben.
