Chairman Welcomes the new Season
As Carryduff Colts FC enters its 16th season, the club is in rude health on and off the pitch. We welcome back our existing members, all of whom have contributed to the growth and success of the club to date. And we offer the warmest of welcomes to our new members and we hope this will be the start of a long and fruitful relationship.
The committee is probably the strongest I have experienced since the club’s inception with a great mix of stalwarts and new blood, experience and fresh thinking is a heady mix and the ideal recipe for further success.
We will continue to work with the local council, our elected representatives, the football authorities, the league committee and, most importantly, other clubs and groups in the Carryduff community to secure the best possible facilities for our area.
The committee has worked extremely hard to secure improved pitch provision in our area during the past couple of years. We are extremely hopeful that we will start to see real progress in the development of major new facilities at Lough Moss. We urge all our members to continue to lobby for this when engaging with the council, it’s officers and elected members, especially our local representatives. We are also working to identify other opportunities.
We have a fantastic group of coaches. The progress being made in our female soccer section, the success of the amazing Carryduff Colts Cross Community Cup in the summer and the performances of all our teams at senior, junior and mini football level are all testament to their ability.
But we are not resting on our laurels and are determined to be even more successful in achieving participation in football across the community for people of all abilities, gender and backgrounds.
To that end, we make our annual call for volunteers to come on to the committee, help out with teams in any way, become coaches, help fundraise or provide any support you can lend. This is your club and we would love you to play your part in whatever small way you can.

This season, we will move towards having all of our teams, from seniors down to the youngest age groups at mini football, sporting the same kits. We will ensure our players are given the opportunity to flourish in a safe and enjoyable environment and will engage fully with coaches, parents and most importantly our players to identify areas for improvement.
Success to us is seeing children and adults out on a football pitch, learning and improving but most importantly enjoying being part of this great community club.
If we can win a few trophies along the way that will be the icing on the cake!
Carryduff Colts is proud to be fully established now as one of the key organisations in our local community. We look forward to further growth and success in the season ahead.
We appreciate all members who have already registered for the new season and would encourage all others to register as soon as possible. With all the other administrative work required at the beginning of the season including entering leagues, registering players, organising training and pitches etc, it is hugely helpful to have as many members signed up early.
Online Registration open for the 2019/20 Season
Wishing all our players, coaches and parents a successful and enjoyable season.
