Carryduff 2007s played out an entertaining hard fought game on Saturday morning
against a very good Crumlin team.
The boys twice came back from 2 goals down to finally come out 7-5 winners on the day.
BOTH teams deserve great credit for providing such a good game in very wet conditions.
Crumlin started very well, went two up and the Carrryduff goalkeeper Rory made some great stops
to keep this scoreline. Will, Harry and Noah soon got to grips and Carryduff replied with 2
goals from Cain.
Carryduff then had a wee loss of concentration and went 2 goals behind again,
this seemed to stir the boys and the midfield players Josh, Jude, Daniel, Owen and Harvey took
control of the game creating a number of great chances for us. Further goals from Jude, Harvey and Cain saw Carryduff finish with a flourish.
Man of the match goes to all 10 players for showing such great spirit and playing some great football.
Well done boys!
