A fast start from Carryduff Jamie Wilkinson scored with a good strike giving the keeper no chance after 5 minutes, however we then conceeded a soft goal when confusion between the centre backs and goal keeper allowed the Killyleagh forward to slot home.
Carryduff were in control and looked to have regained the lead when Joseph Tunney put Jamie through with a lovely ball over the top with only the keeper to beat Jamie who was having a great game hit his shot over the bar.
Aidan Martin also hit the bar with a powerful header from a Declan Magee corner.
Killyleagh were causing problems for us at the back their two forwards were big and strong and had a bit of quality and Ewan Wilson in goal had to make a couple of brave saves at the feet of the onrushing forwards.
Killyleagh then took the lead with a good reversed ball from midfield found the forward in what looked like an offside position but the striker finished well placing his shot inside the post and into the side of the net.
However Carryduff showed good character and Rory Timoney equalised with a good finish at the near post from a Matthew Winchester cross.
We looked the more positive and could have won the game With Matthew Winchester forcing the keeper into two good saves.
