A quick start from Carryduff with Declan Magee opening the scoring after a long lay off with a broken wrist, this was quickly followed up with a Jamie Wilkinson goal from the penalty spot after Joseph Tunney was brought down after beating the defender with a neat turn just inside the box.
A third soon followed with Joseph Tunney getting on the scoresheet after great work down the right from Joe Tolan and Odhran Sherry, Joseph then doubled his tally from a lovely through ball from the excellent Harry Graham.
Jamie wasnt to be out done tonight soon got his second to make it 5 – 0 at half time, the defence of Odhran Sherry Aidan Martin Matthew O’Rourke had welcomed Rory Gorman back into the starting line up after a lenghty lay off and he was excellent great to see him back fit and the defence looked solid and under control.
At half time we made a few changes but it didnt disrupt the shape or tempo from us and it continued to be one way traffic with Ryan Miskelly and Niall Tunney causing problems from midfield with Matthew McTavish looking solid and commanding in the centre of midfield.
The scoring soon started again with Matthew Winchester getting a tap in after a great run down the right from Ryan Miskelly, Matthew then followed that up with a stunning effort from the edge of the box and doubled his tally after he curled the ball past the helpless goal keeper.
Gary Topping who has been in great form recently got in on the act he beat the defender on the edge of the box and was then tripped he then got up put the ball on the spot and buried it with a good confident penalty but the best was yet to come with the goal of the season from Gary Topping the ball came back off the keeper and landed about 35 yards out Gary caught it sweetly first time to chip the keeper what a super strike .
Jamie Wilkinson then completed his hat trick after showing great determination in his race with the defender he got his body in front and slammed the ball home with a super finish giving the keeper no chance to take the score into double figures.
Aidan Martin then added his name to the score sheet with a strikers finish to make it 11 – 0 and round off the scoring.Ewan Wilson our goal keeper was a spectator for most of the night then made a fine save diving to his left to keep a clean sheet.
