Carryduff U14 A 0 - 4 Celtic boys
23 Apr 2016 - 11:30Lough Moss
A difficult day against the run away league winners.

The boys tried hard and created some good chances early on but where beaten by a good side.

Congratulations to Celtic boys on winning the league they are looking like going through the season unbeaten.

Having said this we still created some chances and should have taken the lead when Aidan Martin got his head to a corner and the keeper turned the ball onto the bar.

Jamie Wilkinson had a good chance shooting across the goal Declan Magee couldnt get the touch at the back post.

Joe Tunney also had a great chance when through only for the ball to take a bobble just as he was about to convert.

Celtic boys took the lead from a free kick which went over Ewan Wilson and in for a soft goal. Their next goal was a good finish when put through the striker took a touch and drilled into the corner. The third was a good strike which Ewan got his hand to but couldnt keep out.Their fourth was after a good run down the right and pull back for a simple tap in.

We still played some good football and competed  but Celtic boys were clinical in front of goal.
