A good performance tonight we had good control of the game and kept the ball very well showed good character after Saturday and hopefully we can finish the season strongly.
The first goal was well deserved after good work from Odhran Sherry and Jamie Wilkinson down the right Declan Magee got to the ball before the keeper and defender to calmly slot home.
The second goal was from Aidan Martin with a strong header from a super corner from Declan Magee for 2 – 0.
We were playing well and bossing the midfield Jamie Wilkimson was having a great game down the right.
The defence of Aidan Martin, Rhys Worthington, Jude Lynam and Odhran Sherry were comfortable with Rhys having a great game snaping into tackles and distributing the ball well from the back.
Matthew O’ Rourke and Harry Graham were driving us forward from the centre of the pitch finding Joseph Tunney high up the pitch and Joseph was linking up with Niall and Declan to create some super chances.
We went in at the break 2 – 0 up and looked to be in control but Carnmoney scored to make it 2 -1 however it didnt affect us we continued to probe looking for the third.
We made some changes Joe Tolan on for Declan Magee, Gary Topping for Harry Graham and Matthew Winchester for Niall Tunney and we continued to create Joe Tolan was unlucky not to score after breaking free from the defence the keeper made a fine stop, Joe also went close after cutting in fron the left and firing a shot in which the keeper did well to hold.
The third goal was another super strike from Gary Topping, when the ball came back of the keeper after a great save from Joe Tolan, Gary took a touch and from 30 yards smashed the ball home for 3-1.
